What we collect
- Account details: your email address, display name and a hashed password.
- Device details: device name and model, app version, platform, IP address and last-seen time. These enforce the device limit of your plan.
- Usage: playback sessions (which title, quality and server), watch activity used for badges, and title requests.
- Chat: messages you post in the Lounge, with your display name and badges.
- Diagnostics: the app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for anonymous usage and crash reports.
How we use it
To run your account, apply your plan limits, show badges and chat, keep the service secure and fix crashes. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
Firebase (Google) receives analytics and crash data. Title information and images come from public metadata services such as TMDB and OMDb. Video is fetched by the app from third-party sources that Vynora does not control.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account inside the app. This removes your account, devices, activity and related records from our database. Encrypted backups are rotated and removed within 14 days.
Security
Traffic to our servers uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
